TCDS Σ Open Lab Commercial License v1.1 — Pre-Launch Edition

1. Period and Scope

This pre-launch license is valid from 01-Jan-2026 to 31-Dec-2026.
It authorizes early partners, laboratories, or startups to adopt and evaluate the TCDS-Σ ecosystem before the full commercial rollout.

The license covers software modules (CSL-IA), datasets, and ΣFET hardware prototypes released under the DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17491112.

2. Early-Access Rights

License holders may:

• Use and test TCDS-Σ materials for R&D and pilot projects.
• Integrate Σ-metrics into internal prototypes.
• Present or publish early experimental results citing the DOI.
• Transition to full commercial license without extra fees before Dec-2026.

3. Obligations

1. Attribution:
   Carrasco Ozuna, G. (2025). TCDS-Σ — Canon Económico y Científico. DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17491112.

2. Reporting:
   • Register each project in /economics/ledger.json under type "PreLaunch-License".
   • Submit a one-page summary of outcomes by 30-Nov-2026.
3. Payment:
   • IND tier: USD 900 (pre-launch discount).
   • CORP tier: USD 24 000 / year (pre-launch discount).
   • 100 % credited toward full license renewal 2027.
4. Restrictions:
   • No resale or sublicensing.
   • Confidential data from beta modules must not be redistributed.

4. Transition to Full License

From 01-Jan-2027, this agreement automatically converts to the standard
TCDS Σ Open Lab Commercial License v1.1 unless canceled in writing.

5. Jurisdiction

Mexico (CDMX). Non-exclusive worldwide rights. Arbitration preferred before IMPI/OMPI frameworks.
